Maybe someone could launch a cooperative game on Kickstarter where the goal of the game is for all of the players to acquire their preordered copies of GTR:BB. It would be cool if you could launch it now, raise all of the money, publish the game, and then people could play it while they are waiting for the last GTR:BB copies to straggle in.
