I don't think he was that specific. But even in that case it doesn't make sense. Here are the previous remarks:
Asian shipments really ought to have been first. And my hope is to oversee Shanghai shipping myself for the next time out. But I can't say for sure whether I'll be able to travel there. But hopefully, next print run (and the next...), you nice folks will indeed get your games first.
If all he's going to do in Shanghai is oversee the bulk shipping of games back to the USA, then how could that help Asian customers get their games first?
