Sorry if this has been asked, but I couldn't find it anywhere.Story Deck card #15 from RtC says for its Cause and Effect text,
"de l' Amont Inn L4B Soldiers find a wounded pilot, the player that controls the Inn gains 5 VP."
Does "controls" mean that no enemy soldiers can occupy that landmark at that specific time when the Cause and Effect takes place? Kind of where Hold is for end of the game, Capture is for a complete turn, Control could be in sole possession of that landmark at that very moment.
