Reading these together, it is obvious to me that you reveal all your tunnels while you discard (e.g. by fanning out the cards immediately before placing them onto the Discard pile).
Not only is it perfectly allowable by the rules to show some or all of the cards being discarded when they are discarded together, it is indeed necessary to do so when using multiple Tunnels' reaction ability.
