Actually, both Midnight and Islands are OOP. Difference is that Midnight is entirely discontinued, as it was based on an RPG they are no longer making and reportedly did not sell well. Islands is still listed, but has been out of print for a while. It's possible (though highly unlikely) it will see a reprint, but it is what it is.
I would also vote Frozen and Sands.
