Agreed, and that wasn't the only place I looked for it, either. (The parenthetical reference to the terror struggle was just in reply to 57's idea of the rulebook being organized by "game states.") I first looked for it in earlier, more general sections, where I did find information on how to position cards for insane characters, and some but not all of the game consequences of insanity. None of these referenced the "Insanity" section at the end, and in the absence of a TOC, the only way for me to find that was to have re-read the rule book from the first page to the very last, where it appeared.
But, hey, it's okay. I get it that you guys are cool with the haphazardly-organized rules, and I'm just a fussbudget and a sloppy reader. :shake:
