Thread: Mundus Novus:: Rules:: Trades with market and game-ending perfect combination questions.

Hello all!
I need clarification in these 2 points.

1 - When you trade with the market, who is to play next?

The rules say:
The player whose card was chosen must in turn select one from
among the other players’ remaining face up cards, including from the
player who took his card. He, too, then has the choice of putting it on
the market and adding a different card from the market to his hand.
(...)
Important: There cannot be more than two successive trades
between the same players: if A takes from B who then takes from A,
A cannot immediately take another card from B, he must choose a
card from another player, (p.5)

When trading with the market, there's no card chosen from a player, but from the market itself. In this case, who is to play next?
a) the same player?
b) the current player chooses another player to go next?
c) the trade master chooses who to play next?
d) the same player has to trade again with the market, forcing him into his second consecutive trade (with the same "player", the market), thus, having to trade with another "player" that not the market?
d.1) in this case, what if only 2 trades were determined by the trade master?

I've been playing that the current player chooses who goes next, but that was a 1st game immediate ruling.

2 - When going for the perfect combination, can one use more than one incan gold (wildcard) in the sequence?

(Say 1, 2, incan gold, 4, incan gold, 6, 7, 8, 9, incan gold). Or incan gold works as a wildcard only at the progression phase while trading same resources, as per rule on p. 7?

Note, Inca relics have a somewhat special role.
They can be used:
Either as a wildcard in combinations of the same resources,
Or alone in order to earn Doubloons.

From the rules, I also get that I can use more than one merchant's abilities to achieve the sequence.

Note: it may require one or more merchants to achieve this combination.(p.7)

Thanks!
