I doubt it. The Dominion Base Cards do not get their own page because they are game components and not an actual game or expansion that changes the game in any way. I would assume the same with the LE wagons. There are no additional rules; these are just components.
It does make it kind of hard if you wanted to add something like this to your BGG Wishlist for Secret Santa.
