Unless the game store was a supporter of the kickstarter campaign, they did not receive the exclusive kickstarter 'Tech Interrupt Cards'

I'm sorry this order of events has effected you so directly. I don't believe that Game Salute arbitrarily held any kickstarter orders. I left the details of the shipping procedures up to the discresion of game salute, so it is possible that some of the game store orders beat out the kickstarter orders. Kickstarter orders had to be entered into their systems, paired with the appropriate promo items, payment for the shipping had to be recieved and processed from me the publisher, and then the KS orders could be shipped out in mass. It is possible that some of the game shop orders shipped out earlier because all the info was available, money in hand and the orders were ready to go. I didn't specifically tell game salute not to do this because it simply didn't dawn on me that they might.

Still, We wanted to insure that kickstarter supporters would receive a good value. They could guarantee themselves a copy of game immediately upon release, at a significantly reduced price. They would receive to varing degrees an opportunity to leave a permenant personal mark on the game itself. They also receive exclusive game components. While I didn't guarantee kickstarter supporters any exclusive time with the game, it was my intention to get the game out to them as fast as possible.

I do personally appreciate your support as well, because without a successful kickstarter cmpaign this game would not exist. I'm sorry the shipping order landed in this specific order for you, and I hope that your order arrives shortly.

Eric
