Game looks really interesting (that's important); Artwork looks beautiful
(I love a beautiful game board and pieces, as it just makes the experience of playing so lovely, even when i lose), BUT...The graphic design seems to be more functional than finished.
Which is a big shame for me as I'd be buying this without hesitation if those graphics were a bit more refined. Instead i feel it just seems to lack the beauty of the rest of the product/setting, particularly on the cards.
Are the cards/graphics the finished article, or is that part still a work in progress? It (the graphics) just seems a bit basic to me, like a very good 'mock-up' for testing the gameplay, but hasn't gone through that final polishing process to set the game elements into the theme.
Am i alone in thinking the graphic design lacks something?
