I don't have my Dominion cards sleeved in any way. It only gets played with my gf and I (my game group has multiple copies of Dominion).

Yes, you can get Home Depot to cut it. Then all you need is carpentry glue which you can also get there and you are good to go. I did start listing this case on Ebay if you want to just have one made and sent to you. You can get the dividers printed how you like. It does really help with the set up time.
